I use saffron for making artisan bread. The saffron infused slices of bread are delicious and my kids love them. Was in search of good and pure saffron when I came across this. I had never used saffron personally. I bought Dream Saffron 2 gm and it was fresh upon arrival. I thought the freshness will subside after a few days but to my surprise that didn’t happen at all. I cooked rice and added a few strands to it. My guests loved it. The flavor was great and the best thing is it didn’t clump at one place.
